DINING · FLORES & KOMODO
Labuan Bajo is a fishing town at the end of a supply chain. What that means for dinner is worth knowing before you book full board.
Ask About DiningSeafood here is genuinely local and genuinely good; almost everything else arrives by boat or plane, which is why resort menus lean the way they do.
Where you will actually eat

Full board makes sense on an island property, where there is no alternative within a boat ride and the rate already assumes you eat there.
In Labuan Bajo it usually does not. You are a short drive from a town with real restaurants, and paying for meals you will skip is the most common way people overspend here.
Dietary requirements, a celebration dinner, or just whether full board is worth it for your trip — send the dates and ask.
