Within one property, villa categories differ far more than the categories suggest.

Charter rates as published by our partner operator; the room figure is a market range, not a quotation. All exclude the Komodo National Park dated entry ticket, about USD 40-50 per person.

What Moves the Number

Three levers, in the order they have the most effect.

Season
Dry season, April to December, carries a premium and sells out. January to March is cheaper and rougher, and boat days get cancelled.
Villa category
Overwater over beachfront over oceanfront over garden. Ask for the villa number, not the category name — within one property they are not equivalent.
Lead time
Rates here do not fall as the date approaches; inventory does. Late availability means the villas nobody wanted.
